Ford to Cut Jobs

Ford is to cut 2,700 U.S. jobs. Possibly to cut up to 30-35% over next few years. Total job loss could be 10,000 or more.

I can't think of any economic policies of the Bush administration that has hurt Ford. Maybe Honda , Nissan , Volvo , Volkswagon , Hyundai , Cadillac , Hummer , poor corporate decisions or a greedy CEO can be blamed . How many people on this board drive a non Ford vehicle? You all are to blame . I am to blame , I drive a GM product.

most of the cars nowa days are made mostly by machinery, i dont think it has anything to do with our economy

really now...ive got a couple of pages of where dubya has flip-flopped himself, but many of the big "flip-flops" that you speak about kerry saying, werent actual flip-flops

This probally shouldnt go ont his thread but i am going to put it here. What kills me is people dissin Bush. he has had some mistakes but i have heard all kinds of people sayin we shouldnt have gone to iraq and blah blah blah. well if we wouldnt we probally by now have been blown away by now. i mean since bush hasnt found several wmd, then everyone puts the blame on him. We're better safe than sorry. plus bush put an end to a dictator. How would u fell if u committed a small crime and your punishment was some sort of torture. iraq just wasnt strong enough to throw sadamm out. Also, i know several "christians" who dont like bush. i dont get it. it was be republican and not have gay marrige or no abortians and if your vote democrate then there would be abortians and innocent lives who cant defend for themselves die. i am not sure everyone is up to date on how abortians go but thats a different topic. and also if u r a democrate u r for gay marrige. i really dont know how you could be a democrate and be a christain. but thats all i wanna say
